Below is the response I received from TPRO requesting information about attending the shareholder's meeting. Having never attended one before I asked about having proof of stock ownership. I also contacted my broker about expedicting the proxy, et al, as there are times I receive the annual report and proxy only days before the meeting.

The annual meeting of Topro, Inc is scheduled for January 29, 1998 at
10:00 AM at the Hyatt Regency - Denver Tech Center, 7800 E. Tufts
Avenue, Denver, CO . We anticipate that ample seating will be
available. Your shares in Topro must be held in "street" name because
your name does not appear on our most recent shareholder register. We
will be mailing Annual Report, proxy material, etc. to shareholders, or their brokers if held in "street" name, no later than December 29, 1997. You should be receiving this material from your broker in due course.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone more experienced in attencding these meetings as I will be leaving home 2 weeks before the meeting and making Denver my last stop.
