Microsoft Appeals Preliminary Injunction biz.yahoo.com Been listening to phone conference starting 1:30. exchange2000.com Same old arguments: "The software industry is too complicated for the judicial branch to interfer with our right to do as we please" Maybe they expect an exemption from the law like baseball. Meanwhile, the most damage is inflicted on the developers and customers who place their trust and treasure in Microsoft, now playing chicken with WIN?? and NT ?.?. Add it all to the Total cost of ownership of Microsoft products. Harvey
