Caution re the data: It's from a free, publicly available source. As mentioned in my original post, I haven't verified the data with each company's Edgar filings.

I do know that BRKS, for example, is out of date. BRKS sold at less than Book (12.35 or better) on Friday. $12.35 corresponds with the projected 9.7M shares in the prospectus prior to the secondary. The latest earnings report indicated 8M+ shares. My attempt to contact BRKS IR through their website was bounced back to me - no such Email id.

Before verifying the data for each of the companies, I would welcome anyone's comments on the approach to setting entry prices.
