David, to quote crime sleuth Henry Lee, "Someting wrong here." Sound like 1 heck of a sweet deal for Eco. according to the news release figures, but it cannot possibly be that simple.(can it?) You talk about earnings accretive! Heck between several of use guys we can come up with 2 mil. to buy these guys out to get $50 mil. in revenues. I bet I could give myself a job as assist. engineering liason to the under secretary of customer relations at a cool $120,000 per year and we'd still make a ton. What, 5 mil. in earnings a year for a 2 mil. investment. Do you think we could get it from Eco. for 2.5 mil., let me know if anyone is interested(g) Seriously, there has to be more to this. By the way the market doesn't like this deal apparently! another slow slide today. Mark
