Many good points. Guess it comes full circle when the plutocrats pay IF interest rates shoot up? The financial engineering factor via the fed leading to overinflated assets at higher multiples to cash flow and other distortions is not discussed often enough.. For example can tie much of the increases in rents, in food, in health care, in higher education to this.. Thank god the technology curve and getting so much more entertainment for your dollar keeps J6P's eye off the ball.. Just as the plutocrats want..
