I got the same annoying ad at both the top and the bottom of a screen. Does that count as two impressions, thus doubling the amount of revenue earned? These are the issues that keep accountants up late at night. The good news is that it took ONLY seven seconds to display that whole screen. Maybe they are using the performance delay to sneakily display the same ad twice, hoping I would forget I had already seen the first impression? Pretty clever, these guys, eh? Sure is a pretty day.
