He preaches a Horatio Alger formula of pulling one up by their bootstraps. That seemed easy for him given his natural sense of humor. But that theory was outdated and made fun of when I was in college. I don't like the piling on of the African American. The only problem they have ever had is the severe racism they have endured for 400 years and nothing else. All they need is a level playing field and some help catching up.
