CJ, chlorine counts as chemical weaponry, especially when its delivered using barrel bombs into residential areas.

Chlorine was also supposed to be part of the deal that was brokered by Putin back in 2013, given the widespread reports of their usage. It wasn't just nerve gas.

In any case, the foreign policy "victory" that Obama claimed last year turned out to be meaningless.

Just like the victory he claimed by backing the Arab Spring movement.

Just like the victory he claimed by backing Morsi ... before backing his outster.

Just like the victory that Biden claimed in Iraq, which he said would be "one of the great achievements of this administration."

Lots of foreign policy failures for this lame duck president to reverse.
