Rather interesting position for Rand Paul to take. And surprising. I like the statement at the end - don't try to put him in a box. A couple of comments;

First, I like that he wants to get the approval of congress. That allows us to have the debate we should always have in such times. ............And second, I believe he is one of the most insightful politicians out there. So that he suggest we go after ISIS - given his previous positions on interventions or rather noninterventions - this is worrisome. And third, if Hillary wants to be president, she better start saying something. Grows some balls rather than hiding in the corner of the library.
