You said "this filing had no negative effect on the stock price and the price actually went up about 30% right after this filing was made. " But the filing wasnt active until last Wednesday according to a post here. Is today's all time low because of this? I also want to say that when I called the number you gave about shorting this stock like you do sometimes they said they were not a broker and to call mine. I also want to say that I admit I do not know much about S-1 and private placement and reg s etc. I am learning by watching here. I appreciate anything you say in these regards. Thank you.
