It's hard to say whether we'll be doing anything to ISIS in the near future. ISIS has been around awhile and Obama's ignored their mass slaughters. He's acted recently only because the posting of beheadings has made him look powerless. Two weeks from now, he may have moved on to something else. His weak statements pretty clearly show he has no heart in this.
