Oh now you guys did it.

You tempted me and I must submit to the temptation -
I shall post pictures of pretty ladies stretching the tops of their feet.

BTW, yes the stretch that Road Walker had in mind is very good.
I'm just doing my usual puppy stuff here.
I probably couldn't do one of these stretches pictured here.
Or three. Oh maybe five. Or seven.


Raise that back knee for more intense stretch.

Or you could do this - or watch her do this.
Just watching, the tops of my feet are feeling more subtle by the second.

Actually, she is internally rotating her thighs when she is doing this.
If you cannot, you sit on top of your heels - and get an even deeper stretch tops of feet.

If all of this is making you tired, just lay back and relax.



Now if you're really courageous, you can try this:



And you could stretch the top of your foot and get to know yourself better all at the same time!
