>> Ca has major problems with the ACA.

It is everywhere. Extraordinary efforts have been made to conceal the problems, but they're there. The massive subsidies, the delayed provisions, the bailout using money illegally obtained (in addition to the built in risk corridors) -- all point to a fiscally infeasible program. The lying and obfuscation about the the number of enrollees is cause for great concern as well.

The sad thing is that many people end up with WORSE insurance than they began with, with higher out of pocket expenses.

It isn't just CA. It is everywhere.
