Mark Skousen edits a monthly newsletter called "Forecasts & Strategies". I have subscribed for 12-15 years now. According to the blurb in the newsletter, Skousen also is an adjunct professor of economics and finance at Rollins College (in Florida somewhere?), a columnist for Forbes magazine, lecturer at the Foundation for Economic Education and a former economic analyst for the CIA.
