I did notice that recently this stock moves with the oil service sector. As I said before, I was uneasy about another stock offering. From past experience, it always depresses the stock price until the price is of the offering is set. If the price drifts much lower, I'd start worrying about it interfering with the new stock offering. But the key word that caught my eye was ACCRETIVE. Call me a sucker. I bought. It is inline with their business plan and Hvide is executing it quite well.

My current theory is that people are spooked. Investors are moving to "quality" stocks regardless of the fundamentals. Others are taking the tax write off for the year. I also suspect that there are a lot of people getting margin calls forcing them to sell their positions. When big companies like Oracle and Quantum lose a third of their value overnight, it creates margin problems. The entire tech sector is getting creamed.
