The reason that Obama's popularity is where it is and not lower is because of the economy. His foreign policy marks are not scoring high with the public but his performance on the economy are reminding folks of the Clinton era.

All that matters is what people think and not what IBD thinks.

The economic policy that I do not support is his refusing to provide tax incentives to American companies repatriate overseas profits to create jobs here.
