The problem (this one, at least) seems to be related to banner advertising (surprised?). The page has entirely rendered except for the bottom ad. Here's what I get when I click on the "AdChoices" arrow in the upper right corner of the space where the ad SHOULD be:

Dmitry -- I'm going to skip the quote about censorship this time. There are so many to choose from I'm having trouble deciding which one you would like the least. Besides, if we have to wait so long for responses, then you should have to wait for your daily dose of censorship quotations. It's only fair.
