Fifty-six percent (56%) of Likely U.S. Voters have an unfavorable opinion of the national health care law again this month, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey. Forty-one percent (41%) view the law favorably. This includes 39% with a Very Unfavorable view and 19% with a Very Favorable one. (To see survey question wording, click here.) The number of voters who say their insurance coverage has changed because of the new national health care law (37%) is at its highest level since April of last year. (Want a free daily e-mail update? The survey of 1,000 Likely Voters was conducted on September 5-6, 2014 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence.
