I don't think people need to be scared but they do need to be sensibly vigilant. Our country's leadership at this time is not.

I think Obama is clearly recognizing his discounting of the ISIS threat was stupid, but it would appear that he just too arrogant to truly admit the mistake and act accordingly.

Perhaps he will eventually but like you, he doesn't have a history of owning up to his mistakes.
