No matter what Apple does it isn't the correct path in your opinion.
I think the move to offer larger screens was brilliant (albeit I think they should have kept the smaller screen option for those who prefer it, as well).

I think their move towards more openness (custom keyboards, etc.) has been great.

And several other good moves recently.

But that doesn't mean I think people will pay $350 for an extra device to carry and pair with an $700-$900 iPhone (if I'm understanding the unsubsidized price range correctly), nor do I think consumers will love Apple Pay if it raises their cost of living by prohibiting card choice on the fly. I could be wrong, and Apple could also change these things when and if they want. Just my opinions.
