I was one of those who "didn't need the iPad" but changed by mind by the time it launched. So... anything is possible. But in this case I don't see it happening. The iPad gave me something I didn't have before. I have a watch. That may be a bit simplistic but it's my buying decision, and right now the price point just kills it for me. We'll see. Maybe I'll be richer in four months. Apple Pay seems super cool but I'm locked into my 5S for another year and a bit, so that's a bummer. Oh well at least we'll have some new toys in iOS 8 to play with soon.
