When the bastards stop trying to get you is when you are paranoid! Argus Management does clean-up work for big banks. When a company goes down, they will step in on behalf of the bank. They decide what is worth keeping and what to toss. I was told they are usually quick; they know what needs to be done within a few weeks and then they do it asap. Their function is to minimize losses for the bank and the shareholders can go to hell! Someone else thought that Argus moved in two weeks ago and took over. Jim may not have been in charge for two weeks!! The three press releases are the same - QDRX issued it through PRNews on Friday. Reuters picked it up on Sunday and then S&P News re-hashed the words again on Monday. S&P added the quotes so I guess they were adding a comment. Heh? JD
