Steve, I think I remember something about that treaty with Ukraine.

Did Congress back that treaty up? I'll have to research that.

As far as whether Obama really meant what he said about defending those small NATO members, your guess is as good as mine.

It still was a gutsy thing to say and it probably should have been said if the memories of WWII still mean anything.
