Waddayano ... it appears my old pal Dmitry has *already* started looking at what causes at least ONE of the intermittent slow response times.

He says it's the result of a "query which has not been edited nor changed since I began overseeing the system administration here nearly two years ago".

How fortunate that the problem was so easy to isolate.

Which makes me wonder why it wasn't isolated before now.

I don't recall poor performance being a big issue BEFORE he "began overseeing the system administration here nearly two years ago".

Want some proof? Do an "Advanced Search" on the "New Feature Discussion" thread for the term "performance". See how many references to "performance" you get before vs after 11/12/2012 when Dmitry joined our community See Message 28569510 .
