Dear Roger Wilco,
I wanted to offer a recommendation for you.
When creating a board logo, try to keep the height and width the same, to avoid the image becoming letterboxed and scrunched very small.
Also note when we highlight your board (and logo) around SI, the board name will always appear directly next to the logo, so including the name is generally unnecessary. Here are some simple edits I did to your image:
The original logo you uploaded, not a good choice for a board logo, as the asymmetric dimensions will cause letterboxing and cause it to scale poorly. Also, the fact that one dimension is less than 150px hurts the presentation as well.

Simple cut edit, this would be a very good choice:

Scaled cut edit, a better choice:
(If you could find a larger version of the logo, it would be ideal, as it would be clearer (I achieved the 150x150px size by resizing your smaller image). But in the absence of a larger logo, scaling up the small image will cause it to scale down better when presented on other parts of SI.)

Finally, one last good variation: Text moved to produce a square image, no scaling, and this would also both present and scale well. As a bonus, I added transparency to the background, which really can help it look better as we frequently use gradient backgrounds behind the image:

Please keep in mind that the ideal board logo is (at least) 150px x 150px, with identical height and width dimensions.
Regards,
