For the second time...

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac ended up buying the crap loans that had been created. In that way, they were enablers but they did not start the breaking of the laws.........that falls on the bankers, realtors and wall streeters. And those people broke the laws because no one was watching them.

And the buck stops with Mr. Bush.
