LOL.. Well, your getting closer.. Now, at least you have included Congress in the "blame game".
Bush set off the sirens, the Blue side of Congress saw no issues or risks, said it was too close to the Congressional recess to worry.
So nothing happened.
If you warn someone the brakes on their car are bad, and you take them to a mechanic, and the mechanic says, "Yeah... Those brakes are bad, you need to fix them".
The owner of the car says. "Those brakes are fine, I am getting ready to leave for vacation, and don't want to deal with it, eveything is OK Stop Worrying..
Then they get killed in an auto accident due to the failed brakes, and the relatives come to you and say...
"You didn't do anything, you should have known the brakes were bad, but you didn't do anything.. Sure you got a second opinion from an expert, and the expert told him the problem.. But, it's YOU FAULT, because you didn't do anything.
