Jean, if you look at the notice of annual meeting (Oct 2), you'll see that proxies are to be received no later than 48 hrs. before the meeting. So you're ok. If you want to attend, you do not need to send in a proxy, since you will be there in person. As far as the change of name is concerned, Tecmar refers to the old Rexon. Legacy now wants to change the whole company name. That will require a vote.
I would've loved to have gone to the meeting, but alas, cannot. I have sent in my proxy votes however. Perhaps you can act as a scribe and fill everyone in on what transpired?
