I am a semi lurker on these boards and don't follow this board as close as possible, but I just read a prev 14a filed by Quarterdeck on Dec. 8 wanting to up the shares from 70mil to 90 mil. I am sure they discussed that at the party; THINK NOT!!! Join the crowd, I bought 1000 shares @ 1 11/16 thinking that was a bargain. There should be some type of legal action shareholders could take to hold these dogs more accountable for their own greed.
