Called IR last Thur. Amanda returned my call today saying the CO is on track to meet their goal of 1K barrels production per day by year end. A road has been built and initial production will be trucked to the railhead. A pipeline parallels the railroad; CHAR is currently building connecting pipeline. She was not emphatic but thought announcement would be forthcoming before Jan.1. Royalty is 4% with 30% tax after expenses recovered. Social obligation at this time is only the water purification plant..She denied that big blocks last week were wts. being exercised. Regards, Anyer
