For example, why does the current price of NUKO only reflect tha 1:10 stock swap part of the acquisition and does not include the premium value of the 1.5:10, $5 warrents on CYOE? Does this show extreme bearish sentiments about CYOE? Do people think that it will be below $5 by the time the take-over is complete? Enquiring minds want to know! Thomas
