This is how you create implacable enemies, create organisations like ISIS, who are willing to turn themselves in human sacrifices to get back at you.

So... the 1.6 million killed in the ME doesn't seem to be so far off to me, and we don't yet have a strategy in the ME.

I would just think leaving them alone ought to work.
