Are you referring to the state of these chemical weapons in 2014? Which is a decade after 2003 war. Chemical Weapons that..... now being in a "degraded state"..... Actually..... According to folks.. Never existed to begin with...... So there are no degraded Chemical Weapons in Iraq, because they their never were Chemical Weapons
