He thinks that Award is in trouble because they sell in Asia. In reality, Asian PC makers export mostly to the U.S. and Europe, so none of the BIOS companies will be hurt. The main companies that will suffer from Asia are those that build here and sell there. That's a tiny minority primarily composed of chip equipment makers. Asian markets are mostly closed to everyone else, so it doesn't matter much. A typical technology company only gets 15% of revenues in Asia.
