I'm not sure how they would do it. If it were airborne, yeah.

I think the scenario set out in "Day of Wrath" ( amazon.com ) would be more devastating, one in which 50 or 100 of them attack schools with assault rifles with the goal of killing as many kids as possible.

I'm just not sure how you'd spread Ebola to enough people here quickly enough. I don't know, though, maybe.

I'm guessing there might be "better" diseases/viruses if you were trying to kill as many people as possible. Also, it looks like we'll have a vaccine for it within a reasonable period of time now that there is a major drug company involved.
