You actually believe any corporation would pass any of that on to any of the workers? LOL!

I was in management for over 30 years and I believe that some of that money would flow back to employees either in the form of increases benefits or salary. You are right, not all would. I know many leaders who believe that their most important asset is their employees. Good leaders go to the mat for their employees and in a better economic environment, there would be greater mobility and competition for good employees. The better corporations and leaders know that success is better accomplished when you align the interests of employees, shareholders and clients. It doesn't have to be a win-lose scenario.
