Mike, I talked to the CFO at PTL and the press contact at CM to find
out about their participation at the conference. Intel only listed a
few of the many companies that will be doing demonstrations. It's
interesting that Intel labeled the SYSF product as a "help desk"
product, since SYSF claims it has a "call avoidance" product.
