Thanks for the reply. I'm intrigued and will do a little DD. Don't have much to add to the thread at the moment but in regards to your question, it seems to me that if a Co. does a buyback then that's less cash they have free to fund an acquisition unless they intend to make said acquisition through the granting of their stock in exchange for the Co. to be acquired.
