27 million in backorders with estimated 85% to be shipped, Gorman stating there would be higher margins this quarter, employees buying through their 8 million 401k plans, company stock buyback program with funds on deposit, 3 breakthrough products, clear focuses on selling, low cost manufacturing in China.

My question is, When is all this going to translate into higher share prices?
