We are near the bottom for techs. Tax loss selling has just about run the course. By the end of the month it will be over. I am long Cisco and 3Com and if they go lower I will buy more. Craig I look at the long term trends and invest in the leaders. Triquint Semiconductor is another stock that is getting close to a good buy point. These stocks will turn upward way before just about everyone perceives that the "asian problems" are finally over. I invest on multiyear trends, not just days. My last losing trade was in 1981 and I work hard to avoid losses. Good investing Eric
