Well, waddayano ...

I see SI has implemented some of the changes to the SubjectMarks page that were requested.

Too bad they didn't initially run their design changes past a review committee prior to making the original changes. Just THINK of all the time they could have saved by not having to deal with all the discontent.

That lost time COULD have been used to implement features that were REQUESTED by users.

Like, for instance ... the one that has become my favorite nagging point:

Those danged "prettified" date/time formats. "Last Monday" is too vague to be meaningful. What TIME was it "last Monday"? What DATE was it "last Monday".

Perhaps it's OK for a social media site, but when we're dealing with financial matters, knowing *specifically* when something was posted could save somebody some dollars.

[... pause ...]

I take that back.

The above issue is only my SECOND favorite nagging point.

Performance still ranks number one.

And, the unclosed HTML tag on the MARKETS page is still a problem.

Oh, well. At least their SubjectMarks changes indicates they are at least doing SOMETHING to appease the more vocal members ... those who have good, constructive ideas ... and those who aren't BANNED from the SI specific threads.

Sure is a pretty day.
