glk.v - oops, got busted being a bit promotional, did they ... i never saw that release yesterday, but just going from this clip -
'... Several of the comments attributed to the company in the press release would be contingent on having that information available, which, as stated, is not the case. These comments include: a) "fast track to production;" b) presence of "historic reserves;" and c) intention to be "one of the first producers of flake graphite in North America." The company retracts these statements.... '
a) - well it'll be a lot faster than many operations, faster than most - low capex of forty million or so [and thirty has been mentioned, fairly credibly because it not difficult or complex mining], should be quite straight-forward on the permitting process, and a large continental market is growing, whether the Tesla plant will require eight or six new mines, pffft what's the difference, there's a list that's the point, and there's a race to be in the top early producers, hence 'fast' is important - and possible in this case, far as i can see
b) - they might have phrased that differently, pointed out that it was non-43-101 ... maybe did, haven't seen the release ... anyway i know what they meant, and imho anybody who doesn't know what they mean by that, should not be diddling around anywhere in the explo/development sector, they should confine their activities to watching, learn something first, play with real money later
c) - well they do have 'intention to be one of the first NA producers', and nothing wrong with such an intention either ... comes down to how well they can promote, how much of the whole operation do they have to give away to get the forty millions capex, twas ever thus in development .... so i guess yesterday they misjudged the reaction of the venture honchos, well tsk tsk, now carry on regardless ... |
