Come on Justin, be real, "talented OS people" do not design OS's...Microsft does.

Thanks, this clears up the 'bug' vs. 'known issue' confusion. Proper usage is therefore based on the grammatical tense of the statement itself. Hence, "we have already fixed that bug..." vs. "that is a known issue which will be addressed and resolved in the next release of...".
