Wayne, thanks for posting the message. I haven't communicated with the management in two weeks, it's a waiting game now, the mgt won't disclose anything for "obvious reasons" no matter how hard we try. What we all can do though is keep an eye on their website (you remember how it was updated the night before the last press release?), this way we may get ahead of the game by, say, 12hrs or so, and discuss the possibilities of this merger before the stock starts moving.
