Well now, with the Japanese trial you've seen it once -g- BTW - biomaven recently asked in iHub if anyone on that board had ever seen a failed ph iii with a post hoc that was successful on repeat in the post hoc group. Silence was the answer. On that board that means something. (I think I remember one but it is rare. Successful post hocs are a dime a dozen. As Fleming says, any scientist (or CEO) can find one. But they rarely repeat because they not real. They are an artifact of human nature (confirmation bias) not reality.)
