I am a believer in GW and the need to change our ways to avoid problems, and the severity of storms and the resultant high tides because of them maybe a specific problem in some areas, but the highest water we have seen here occurred many years ago. Of course if the sea has has gone up an inch, what home owner would ever know - given that surges from low pressure and high winds make such a difference?
