Who is this guy and why was he arrested? He is an oligarch and probably a crook........most if not all are in Russia. Apparently, Putin doesn't like him and so the gov't is going after him. The reason I posted it is that the other oligarchs are concerned and starting to question what Putin is doing..........esp as it appears he's killing any form of capitalism in Russia. The oligarchs don't care about the rights of the little guys but they don't want to lose their ability to do business. In the meantime, the ruble has dropped precipitously; oil revenues are down; Russia is in recession and the Russian consumer is cutting back. The oligarchs are not happy.
