My younger daughter administers an organic fertilizer company in Oregon owned by two hippies who love her. Which makes me happy. Anyway, when I was recently down there she had a CD on Eleanor Roosevelt and I asked her where she got it.

She said: "my boss gave it to me as he says I remind him of Eleanor Roosevelt. They are so good to her which also makes me happy.

Eleanor was also my mothers hero and quoted her to me all the time.

Oh my---I need to read more about him. I suppose that having integrity to walk your talk was probably insane then as it is now-----as a politician that wants to stay employed. Really need to learn more. Feeling pretty ignorant in this moment.

I'm so loving FDR and Eleanor. I want to devour some good biographies of her…..Embarrassed to say that I just know generalities about her….anecdotes, quotes, rumors……..
