Weekly Index charts. I review the past week's Index charts every weekend. For me, in addition to the S&P/TSX SmallCap index, I take a look at the Dow Industrials, the Nasdaq Composite, the S&P 500 Large Caps, and the TSX Composite.

This weekend, the Dow is looking fairly positive, the Nasdaq looks indecisive (suggests some caution), the S&P 500 indecisive to mildly positive, and then there is the TSX Composite...

On the TSX we have had three weeks of increasing negative volumes. A relatively high ADX which often signals a change of trend (there has been a nice uptrend since last October). Overbought Stochastic looking bearish. MACD turning down which is also bearish.

I am hoping this is just the September blahs and that we'll see another uptrend begin as we move into October. Still I am being cautious.
