<James Armstrong of Henry Armstrong Associates recommends to buy only good businesses and hold long term like 5 years. He said Wall street analysts are out there to make money on commissions and he advised to ignore those quarter by quarter recommendations which is just noise in the long run. His advice is to listen to the company management and its competitors warnings from time to time to check if there are any changes in the company fundamentals. It is the Company that grows its business and earnings and not the Wall Street. Wall Street is there only to provide a vehicle for trading.>
